What does it take to bring change to the structure of the Seventh-day Adventist Church? A methodical, incremental process that would protect core values as it tiptoes through the political minefields. The Commission on Ministries, Services, and Structures, a hundred-member committee that studied the subject, brought a report to the 2007 Annual Council recommending a few procedural adjustments that were voted.
