Abstract
The purpose of this oral history report is to inform readers about the time in James Cruz's life when he was in the military. He was not only a medic in the Vietnam war, but also a conscientious objector. As the interviewer and author of this interview it is Britani Brown's goal to expose Mr. Cruz's experience and stories to those who wish to learn more about these experiences or the man himself. She hopes readers will appreciate and find use or interest in this report.
