Abstract
This case study examines an ongoing transnational property dispute involving the U.S.-based Adventist broadcast ministry Three Angels Broadcasting Network (3ABN) and a Bahamian family. At the center of the controversy is Danny Shelton, 3ABN’s founder and former president. The conflict originated in Miami with the creation of an irrevocable trust and has since escalated into a complex legal battle before the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
