Melissa Hortemiller is the Public Services Librarian at Southern Adventist University’s McKee Library. She has successfully planned and implemented several immersive experiences, including three annual library fairs during her employment at Union College. A self-proclaimed introverted people-person, she enjoys creating engaging social events to bring people together and connect campuses with their libraries. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys party/social planning, plant-based nutrition, exercise, and making delicious food to share.
