Abstract
The February 2018 McKee Minute features several books and films in honor of Black History Month, including Twelve Years a Slave by Solomon Northup and The Underground Railroad by Colson Whitehead. Other recommended items include the books The Four Loves by C.S. Lewis and Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers, as well as the film In the Shadow of Hollywood Race Movies, and the Birth of Black Cinema. This edition also highlights the display of works by Georges Cuvier.
