Abstract
A high-school student competition for the selection of three speakers for the Future Educators' of America National Convention. Each entrant is required to explain their FEA experience that was key to their decision to become an educator, as their career. The speech is to be a maximum of three minutes in length, is to demonstrate originality, and to exhibit organizational skills.
