Abstract
This monograph presents a survey of artworks by Donald Keefe (American, b. 1984), created between 2018 and 2024. Working primarily through paintings and mixed media drawings, Keefe's subjects range from landscape and still life to classical and renaissance art references. Incorporating representational, abstract, and graphic elements, Keefe's artwork intricately weaves together themes of religion, literature, and art history. Includes an interview of the artist by Wesley Roden of Tri-Star Arts. 84 colored illustrations, 1 black & white photograph, 137 pages.
