Abstract

Assessing General Education outcomes through specific assignments in an LMS (e.g. Moodie) reduces extra reporting load on professors and allows for automated data collection and aggre­gation. We will report on the key components of our process, as well as challenges faced in the multi-year effort to develop and implement automated assessment tracking. Collaboration with faculty and the expertise of our student employees have both been vital to the success of our data collection and reporting. The first version of a PowerBI report for use by both academic departments and administration will be demonstrated.
