Abstract

The Manifest Exhibition Annual Season 16 is a large hardbound book documenting the exhibitions of the sixteenth season of Manifest Creative Research and Drawing Center's gallery exhibitions.

Donald Keefe was included in the "4th Painted Biennial" exhibition during the gallery season, and his work was selected for inclusion in the publication in the catalog, including a full page spread of his work "Untitled Construct 5."

Comments

The catalogs are printed several years after the exhibition season, hence the passing of several years from the exhibition until the publication of the catalog. 

The catalog is a very large book that times time to design on the part of the publisher, the gallery, and Jason Franz, the curatorial editor. 

There were also printing delays, resulting in the copyright date being a year earlier than the release date. 

Content appears in the index on page 9 with the work appear on pages 27 and 29.
