Abstract

High-fidelity clinical simulation environments provide valuable opportunities for facilitated student learning without the coordination burden and safety-risk implications of conventional hospital settings that promote professional development of graduate RN’s. This data show university students’ perceptions of a co-created Multi-Patient Inter-professional Collaborative Practice (MP-IPCP) simulation learning program with recruitment from the Schools of Nursing, Social Work, and Biology/Allied Health.
