Abstract
The pandemic that began in March 2020 led to the quarantine students nationwide. Teachers then quickly changed their teaching strategies to work in an online environment. This fall teachers are facing a new hybrid teaching environment where some students want an in-class environment and some student want a virtual class environment. Since teaching in a hybrid classroom on this scale is so new, not much has been written about the unique challenges and opportunities of this teaching environment. This article looks at five challenges found in the hybrid classroom and presents easy to use teacher tested solutions to these challenges.
