Description

Rates of depression and anxiety among college students tripled over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic. This presentation covers the rationale, methodology, and results of a mixed methods study designed to answer the following question: What is the relationship between healthy lifestyle practices and depression and anxiety among Seventh-day Adventist college students? Data will be collected via a survey and in-depth interviews from a convenience sample of students at Southern Adventist University.
