Abstract
Jace, a Southern alum, shared about his time as a math teacher on Chuuk with the Guam Micronesia Mission. He shared about his fascinating career and personal interest in triathlons. He also described the unique culture and life on Chuuk and how his experience shaped his relationship with God and other people.
Chuuk is a series of islands part of the Federated States of Micronesia in the western Pacific Ocean. The main islands part of Chuuk include Weno (formerly Moen), Tonoas, Fefan, Uman, Uatschaluk (Udot), and Tol. Chuuk is known for its coral reefs and is a scuba diving destination.
