Abstract
Karissa shared about her time serving as a dean at Shenandoah Valley Academy, an Adventist Academy in New Market, Virginia. She shared about her difficult childhood and how her experience as a child and her time as a student missionary led her to her chosen career path.
Shenandoah Valley Academy is an Adventist Academy established in 1908, located in Virginia. This academy serves around 250 students in grades 9 to 12. Shenandoah is known for its beautiful campus and low staff-student ratio.
