Description

My research proposal is titled:

Parenting Styles and Emerging Adulthood Emotional Development

The study focuses on the impact of parenting styles on emerging adults. Previous research has shown that parenting styles influence the upbringing of a child greatly. The various parenting styles are authoritarian, authoritative, permissive, and uninvolved parenting, all of which can have a significant impact on the emerging adult's life. I believe that this is an important topic to address because parenting in every life stage should be nurturing in mental, emotional, physical, and social aspects. Data will be collected by self-answered questionnaires from the participants of this study.
