Is there a relationship between stress levels of SAU students and the number of days they spend practicing devotionals per week? The purpose of this study is to add to the knowledge base of the benefits (or lack thereof) of faith practices on mental health.The purpose of this study is not to analyze what kind of devotionals students partake in, but rather the consistency of those devotions, and the potential impact that consistency has on psychological health. Surveys will be sent to students across Adventist University, from which data will be collected.
