Current manual meeting workflows are too slow and inconsistent at Southern Adventist Universtiy. Secretaries are burdened with documenting and formatting and coordinators with the cross-club management. The Meeting Minutes Maker resolves this through a centralized web application that eliminates the need for paper and helps making, tracking, and reading club meetings faster and easier for both clubs and the OSLA coordinators.
