Abstract (Description of Research)

This study will examine the effects of study environment and movement in relation to academic performance such as studying, learning, and memory retention. It is hypothesized that individuals who study outdoors while engaging in light physical movement, will demonstrate better academic performance and memory retention than those who study seated indoors or seated outdoors.
