Description

The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of both ethnicity and motivation on anxiety levels among college students. Specifically, this study will aim to determine whether the combined effects of ethnicity and external and internal motivation result in greater levels of anxiety in this population. Students attending college experience a disproportionate amount of anxiety compared to other age groups within the U.S. population. Due to the prevalence of anxiety among college students, it is necessary to examine the sources of anxiety that contribute to this phenomenon in order to most effectively combat this issue.
