Phosphorus containing heterocycles have a wide application in organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry, and material industries. The molecules synthesized by our lab have emissive properties that could be used in digital screens. Emissive phosphorus compounds are already being used in OLED digital screens, which is a 16-billion-dollar industry as of 2016.
