Significant evidence supports the notion that chronic stress predicts poor health outcomes. There is also evidence that religiosity, in a broad sense, predicts good health outcomes. This study aims to examine the relationship between religiosity and stress directly using a survey-based, cross-sectional design among undergraduate students at Southern Adventist University.
